One of those typical oddities that pops up once in a while.
Who invented the rotating train seat.
A genius stroke, well made, and durable design.
It MUST be from the days of investment in the future. When public works were not measures in revenue, but rather of benifit to the public.
Still, it's odd that such a well designed feature never caught on anywhere else.
It's a basic need for alot of people to face in the direction of travel, I don't understand it.
